McLaren Vale and Fleurieu Peninsula
If you're planning a visit to South Australia, don't miss out on McLaren Vale, which is just a 40-minute drive from Adelaide. This picturesque region is known around the world for producing exceptional wines, making it a must-visit for any wine lover.
Visit the famed d'Arenberg Cube (take the tour - it's amazing!), laze on the lawns at 'Down the Rabbit Hole', experience unique blends of gin at Never Never Distilling Co. or relax under the shade of gum trees and tuck in to a mouth watering southern Italian inspired pizza at Pizzateca. In addition to McLaren Vale, there are also several charming towns nearby that are worth exploring, including Willunga, Port Willunga, Aldinga, and Port Noarlunga. Each of these towns has its own unique attractions, from stunning scenery to fantastic dining options, so be sure to check them out during your visit. |
If you're looking for a coastal holiday destination, Fleurieu Peninsula is the place to go!
You can experience a unique ride on the only horse-drawn tramway in Australia, where majestic Clydesdale horses take you along the causeway from seaside Victor Harbor to Granite Island. The marine life here is incredibly stunning, making it a paradise for divers and snorkelers. The region is full of life with vibrant festivals, creative events, and SALA art shows. Fleurieu Peninsula is known for its excellent produce and vineyards, including famous names like Langhorne Creek, and Currency Creek. You'll also find stunning coastal walks, friendly locals, and towns full of character. |
Where the Locals Go
For the adrenaline junkies try Waitpinga Farm Quad Bike Adventures, trust me it's the best fun on four wheels. Get ready to get dirty though. Get lost in the Jungle at Willunga. Located 5 minutes from Willunga it boast a beautiful tropical forest and plant nursery and gift shop...and coffee! Hit the trail at Belair National Park. Try the Waterfall hike. Hang out at Brighton Beach. Talk a stroll down the jetty you may even spot a seal or dolphin. Great cafes, restaurants and ice cream. Head over to Granite Island on the horse-drawn tram. Make sure you do the loop walk around the island, it's breathtaking. Lastly grab some takeaway fish and chips and head down to Port Willunga beach. You'll thank me later! Stunning.

Happy Customers
I received excellent service for the wine tour I organised. The staff who helped me book it were friendly and knowledgeable and the driver was excellent with great knowledge of the smaller boutique wineries. I’d highly recommend them as we had a great day! |
